Satirical Art?

This is a small piece of a controversial art project unveiled recently at the European Council Building in Brussels.  The Czech artist, David Cerny, admits he misrepresented his intentions and was curious to discover whether Europe had a sense of humor.

Apparently the Bulgarians aren’t finding much to laugh about because their country is depicted as a Turkish toilet.  Other countries aren’t laughing either:  Germany is shown as a network of highways roughly resembling a Swastika, the Netherlands as a group of minarets flooded by water, and Romania as a dracula theme park.

There’s also a Prophet Mohammad made out of legos (Denmark), a group of soccer players performing a sex act with a soccer ball (Italy) and so much more.
